Man I gotta go get contact lenses tomorrow and I am scared that they will think I am retarded because I won't be able to put them in ):
Well, especially if the optician person tries to put them in instead of me! My eyes start watering uncontrollably if somebody threatens to poke me in the eye like that, which I think is a reasonable response really.

Uh, so, what's happened since last time I posted? Not much.
Happy Feet is a really good movie. Also, I saw Nightmare Before Christmas in 3D, which was mostly mildly disappointing since after a while you forget that it's a special effect. Because you are always seeing in 3D in normal life, so it sort of becomes 'normal' until they do an effect like snow, and then you think "hey, cool" for a few seconds. It's worth seeing for the Oogie Boogie bit though, which looked awesome.
I have been playing World of Warcraft almost constantly! I hate online games usually, so this was a surprise. It's so good, me AND my father are buying accounts. The ten day trial was more than enough to convince me.
Just earlier, I went on a great raid with four people, one of whom I had gone with previously, the others who I'd never met before. I was the highest level so I got to be group leader, which probably wasn't a good idea, but we were all hideously disorganised anyway so it didn't matter much. We had many fun moments, one guy died six times, and we made the shaman run about resurrecting us while bitching constantly and yelling "REZ PLZ" in the chat. :'D
All my weapons and armor broke so I had to punch things for a while, until luckily an enemy dropped a gun and I was back in business.

Hah, Majesco doesn't have any copies of Psychonauts to replace mine, so they have to send me another game. Too bad they all kinda suck eh? (still, free game...)
They do have Bust-A-Move DS though, WHICH IS AWESOME. I'm totally gonna get that hells yeah. |

Birthday news!
I received a digital camera, a Nintendo DS in garish pink with Nintendogs and Animal Crossing, some clothes for Mint, Shadow of the Colossus, Silent Hill 4, Project Zero 2, and a totally awesome t-shirt from my friend. Woo. I feel spoiled (spoilt?)
So, Animal Crossing. I was doing pretty well in the two and a half days that I played it, then my mother dropped the DS and the game froze, and then I got all weird about the reset lecture and started a whole new game. I'm a genius pixel artist, oho. I made the best Mr Pokeylope drawing ever and now it's my background, and I feel a ridiculous amount of glee whenever I see it. TIM SCHAFER WOULD BE PROUD. Maybe. Also I drew dog Gir. My little character has a dorky face and hair though. I wish I'd known about how to pick the face beforehand. Jeez. Eri you have AC right? How about sending some presents to help a n00b? >__>
My favourite part is probably learning random stuff about bugs and fish. I think this is valuable information for everyone, because I saw some people who thought that a red panda was a type of raccoon. C'MON.
So, about Cornwall! Portreath, specifically. Hella lame! There's pretty much nothing here, although I did see some funny goths and punks nearby. We went to the Minack Theatre, you can find some good pictures on Google, because I didn't take any. The play was awful. Me and my sister left and went to the pub. A fun day was had by all. There are many slugs in the caravan bathroom. Huge green beetles slammed suicidally into my window last night trying to get inside. I discovered foxfire, which was interesting I suppose.

Formatted the computer; turns out many of the original problems were due to my dad's poor wiring skills! Now my files are all inaccessible and lie dormant in an untrustworthy harddrive. Will I get them back? Stay tuned.
In other news, I think Richard Horvitz talks a lot like Raz and Zim anyway! Being payed to make funny noises must be amusing.
Going to Cornwall to live in a caravan soon - I'm sure I will have a wonderful birthday in the, uh, forest. I own woodland now. Pretty good, eh? One day there will be a house beside the woodland, but it depends how fast my parents build it. Go, parents, go!
In order to appease Mirry: I will take photos of Mint after I get his new clothes and wig and that is a promise. :x not like those other promises to do that, which were not real promises, because I didn't do them. -cough- |

Dear God, Dreamfall is the worst game I've played in a long while. Its crapness was only emphasised by the fact that The Longest Journey 1 was a really good game. I will sum it up briefly: terrible and unnecessary fighting (read as: button mashing), twenty minute conversations which everyone skips, DAMN ANNOYING ACCENT FROM ZOE, loads of Irish people?!, confusing story, cliches all around. Also I now hate April whereas before I pretty much liked her. Crow was only used for a short while which was disappointing, and one of the playable characters didn't really develop the story at all and should have just been an NPC.
Blarghhh I wasted hours of my life on that rubbish. Also the "emotional" scenes were just embarrassing. April is such a bitch now. >O

There wasn't any reason to stay at school today so I have a free day... gonna play Silent Hill 4 now~ School trip tomorrow - it's activity stuff like walking through forests and climbing ropes and stuff. It sounds like a game show cause we have to get points xD I am gonna suck. I will take a camera probably.
edit: yeah actually SH4 sucks.

Silent Hill 3 just freakin' pwned me. I haven't played much yet (not even an hour) and I just proclaimed "I can't play this any more" and had to quit because I nearly fell off my chair at a scary noise. For one thing I suck at weapons management and keep having to go up against the hueg scary evil things with a KNIFE, and also, the NOISES. Omg. There's a part where you walk up to a boarded-up door and then there's this noise like someone's trying to open it from the other side. Scared the hell out of me. XDD -pathetic-
I'm one of those people who can watch scary movies without being at all scared, so I'm not sure why I can't handle a game.
Partay this weekend o_o Everyone is coming to my house dressed (they tell me) as pirates. Then we will go and terrorise Pizza Hut because damn I love pizza. (I want to see PotC2 already...) |

My mother walked past while I was scrolling down a jrock_scans page, and now she won't stop teasing me about "looking at men" because the thumbnails in the middle of the page just happened to be Hakuei minus shirt. HOW EMBARASSING. (she also said "At least it's not silly lady-boys this time." -dies-) (Also whatever, because she thinks Mana is pretty cool)
No wonder I have to minimize all my windows in a paranoid rush whenever anyone walks past. I just forgot this time. ):
